Police are hoping that some age progression pictures will help end a 26-year-long missing person search for Christopher Kerze from Eagan, Minnesota.
Christopher was just 17 years old when he disappeared on April 20, 1990. His car was found outside of Grand Rapids, MN, but he was never found.
His parents, Loni and Jim Kerze, say that Christopher stayed home from school sick that day. His parents left the house that morning, and when they returned home Christopher was gone and so was the family van. His parents reported him to police as a missing person the next day when he didn’t return home.
Not long after Christopher disappeared, Jim and Loni received a letter from him from Duluth, MN telling them that he was not going to come home. For six months they received regular hang-up calls from an anonymous caller that they believe was their son.
Loni Kerze said that she just wants her son to know that they still love him and are still searching for him after all of these years.
If he is still alive, Christopher Kerze would be 43 years old now. Police are hoping that the updated age progression pictures will help end the search for him. They want the public to see what Christopher may look like today and contact the Eagan Police Department if they have any information on him or his current location.
If you believe that you recognize or have seen a man that looks like the guy pictured in the photos, you can contact the Eagan Police at 651-675-5700.
