Web Search Allows Average Citizens to Play ‘Spy vs. Spy’

Instead of George Orwell’s ‘Big Brother’, we now have a multitude of wired ‘Little Brothers’… but who are we to complain, modern search technologies have been a great leap forward for people searches, skip tracing and public record searching.
